Save your money with throttle body spacers, high air flow intakes, cat back
exhaust systems it is all hooey. You could spend just over $1K for what I
have just listed with just about 1-2 HP increase. I have seen DYNO results
for what I have just listed and for the money it is junk. The best and least
expensive way is to have your OBCII reprogrammed you can purchase one at the
link.

However, rather than spend $400.00 go to a HI-Performance Speed shop if they
are worth their salt they will do it for a $150.00 and for an extra $100.00
or so they will do a DYNO before and after. I had this done and I had a net
gain of about 12 HP and 18 LBS of torque and my gas mileage suffered little
on the average I was getting 17 MPG and now I get 15-16 MPG. Remember an
increase in HP = a reduction in MPG.
All the rest of the stuff is snake oil unless you invest in a bolt on
supercharger when done right will kick in an extra 150 HP but the cost if
you do it your self is around $2500.00 and about $4000.00 if done by the
speed shop.

I pretty much agree with Harry although a professional injector
cleaning (the real deal where they disassemble, etc. Not some stuff in
a bottle) can also make a surprising difference.

I'm told getting an electric fan for the radiator is supposed to help a
lot. (takes the fan work off the engine so it runs better ?) I haven't
done it so I don't know if it works or not.

My wife's 04 WJ has an electric fan and but cannot confirm if it makes a
damn. The 04 TJ has a clutch fan and it free spins based on temp so it does
the same as an electric just mechanical.
