Jeep: Will Liberty wheels fit an XJ Cherokee?

Will wheels from the new Liberty fit the XJ Cherokee or are the stud
spacings and / or offsets different? I've been offered a set of alloys from
a 2002 Liberty but am not sure if they will fit my 1999 Cherokee.

They fit and look nice too.
