Nissan: Where's hot wire in 2000 PF's overhead console

Going to install radar detector into 2000 PF. Want to hot wire to wires
in overhead console. Without testing the wires, can someone tell me
which wires are always 12v hot, or become hot when ignition turned on
(the latter is a preferred approach). Thanks,

My 2002
PF manual says that G/R (Green with Red stripe) to the compass
unit is hot when the ignition is on, and B (Black) to the compass
unit is ground at all times.
