Where to get Molykote M77 grease for brakes?
Manual mentions to use this on pads...is this available in any of the auto
parts stores?

Honda pads come with a little packet of it included. Don't know about
availability elsewhere.

The PepBoys I went to had foil or plastic envelopes of anti-squeal grease
for about $3 a package, enough for a set of brakes.
Some pad kits include it.
They also had hi-temp grease for the sliding(guide) rods.

Nobody <com> painstakingly pecked in
news:24.2.166:
If you are in the US, American Honda supplies a little pouch of this with
the pads. If you are in Canada, Honda Canada gives you no such thing.
This link briefly describes Molykote 77:

Any standard copper-based anti-seize will substitute for Dow Corning's
Molykote 77. Loctite C5A, readily available at auto parts stores, will do
just fine.

FWIW, I strongly recommend only using Honda pads. I have heard that it
is nearly impossible to find aftermarket pads that do not cause
squeaking, no matter what you uuse on the shims.
