Subaru: What to do with 97 Impreza Wagon

I own a 1997 Impreza L Sport Wagon with 66K miles. It currently needs
a rear wheel bearing, a timing belt, and a clutch to be like new. I
have all of the required parts to do these jobs but I have been
procrastinating. We had bought this vehicle for cargo hauling and as
a dog transport. Now that we have 4 medium-sized dogs, it is no
longer practical. We are planning on buying a Mazda MPV. I would
probably trade it in but what should I do with all of the parts? The
clutch and timing belt were bought in April so I don't think I can
return them.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
