Infiniti: Water pump replacement '94 Q-45

My wifes' '94 Q 45 has a coolant leak and I found coolant leaking
(intermitantly..leak one day and maybey not the next), from bottom of
the water pump. I have replaced a few pumps on small black chevys but
this ain't no chevy. How difficult is it? Could ya'll suggest a
repair manual? I looked at Auto zone and they didn't have one nor was
one listed in the Haynes repair manual index. A picture would be
worth a few hundred words at least. Anyone willing to "talk me
through it" if there aren't any repair manuals available?
