Turn problem 99 max.
everytime when I make a turn then give the gas, my car seem like cannot
give out the power to move the car (it is not smooth) in 2000 - 2300rpm,
why? It is my driving skill problem or the car has something wrong?

Have you ever checked your fluids? It almost sounds like the differential
is locked up (the outer wheel needs to turn more revolutions than inner
wheel). Kind of like trying to use 4-wheel drive on dry pavement.

I do not have a service manual handy, but if you have some sort of drag
turning tight corners, it could be some sort of problem with the
differential (low on fluid?), or maybe a wheel bearing resulting in brake
drag. Or it could be a corroded parking brake cable causing the rear
brakes to drag, only noticeable at low speed.
With the parking brake on and rear wheels blocked, jack up a front corner,
and with transmission in neutral, see if you can relatively easily rotate
the wheel. In neutral, you should be able to roll one front tire even
with the other one on the ground. Also grab top and bottom of tire and
alternately push and pull with each hand to see if there is any play in
the wheel bearing. Then try jack up the other side and see if that wheel
has any top/bottom play.
