Yes, completely different transmissions in both auto and manual. eg
manual non turbo has F5M22 (same for 1.8 and 2.0), turbo has F5M33 to handle
the increased torque. The ratios are about the same, but the final drive
ratio if different and gears much larger in the F5M33. Note the F5M22 from
the eclipse is not the same as the F5M22 found in 1.8L Mirage: ratios are a
bit different and final drive is different again. Then there's the F5M21
found in the 1.5L Mirage / Dodge Colt / Eagle Summit.

Same more or less applies to the automatic. You could stick the non-turbo
transmissions in a turbo, but I would not recommend it, esspecially the
automatic, as they won't handle the greater torque for long. Conversely,
you could use turbo transmissions in a non-turbo quite safely.

The 2.4L 4G64 engined Expo / Summit wagon has an F5M31. This has a very low
1st gear (other ratios are similar to the F5M33) and is quite unsuitable for
the Eclipse, but can be used.

Wow, the Eclipse 1st gear is short enough!
I opted for the GVR4 first gear when I had my tranny for the stroker built.
