BMW: torque wrench settings for 2004 E46?

Is there an online (or any other easily-accessible way, come to that)
resource available to us that list torque wrench settings? Vehicle is
2004 E46 convertible.

I am about to install a front stress bar and need the torque settings
for the nuts on the strut towers, and am also going to be replacing the
stock anti-roll bars (front 27mm & rear 21mm) with Eiback units, and
will need the settings for the connections there too.

I haven't been able to find a tech spec book for late model E46s so far,
but if there is such a beast, I'd appreciate a pointer.
