    Tire options on my 81'

Anyone familiar with running any newly produced 255/60/15?

Whats the 'best' tire for these cars with out going overboard on price?

Original was a GY eagle gt with rbl. Can still get size from almost any tire
maker, either in T or H speed ratings, and not too very expensive. Around
90-100 dollars each or so. Shop private labels if looking for a less
expensive tire. Or, Firestone Indy 500 is a great alternative choice with an
    excellent tread design.

John, Im running BG Goodrich with raised white lettering for this
size. Nice tire, soft, good ride, excellent handling capabilites. They
wear good too. Dont get the 'TA s' because they are much harder and
affect the ride ; they are better suited for the strip.
