noises such as that. Something is probably loose and sucking air.

Throttle noise 98 eclipse gs
Anyone notice the little "whine" the 98 gs model whimers while the gas pedal
is pushed down.. I'll be tooling along at 65 or so, let off the gas and it
stops... Hit the gas and its back.. Weird? Why?

Is it coming from the back seat area? That is where the fuel pump is on your
Neon-bishi.
