Three '88 MR2 dash warning lights on suddenly

    Hi Folks-
The following problem began this morning. My wife came in and told me
about it. I drove the car yesterday and saw no warning lights.
My '88 MR2, automatic, suddenly has three warning lights that remain on:
<brake, charge and engine fan>. They stay on when the car is running. The
car runs fine, brakes fine. There is a full master cylinder. I checked the
fuses for the charging system and the fans. I didn't see any mention of a brake
    system fuse in the manual.
I found no burned fuses. The books I have do not elaborate on the meaning
of the lights or troubleshooting. I just drove the car and it works fine. I
don't understand how three trouble lights can come on at the same time.
Can anyone help me out here?

Thanks in advance for any input

    Ron

Alternator is dead! Get it fixed quick before you run the battery down and
    strand yourself.

With it being an automatic, you won't even be able to push start the thing.

So you've covered the brake light and engine fan light but you left out the
other - and they all have just as much grief-giving capacity.

Check your charging system out. Ensure you're getting good voltage out from
your alternator, and that the battery is in tip-top condition. Otherwise,
check for bad grounds etc. The last thing you want is to get stuck
    somewhere.

Thank you to all who have responded to my post. I appreciate your help.
The car will be going in for a diagnostic and likely new alternator today.
    Again thanks for your help!
