Sudden Acceleration issue with ES330
Anyone out there having any issues with sudden forward acceleration with any
of the new lexus cars.
Sounds crazy, but I had a car shoot forward from a speed of less than 5mph
to above 20 without hitting the gas pedal?

Sudden Acceleration sounds a lot like "sudden lining the pocket of tort
attorneys".
CBS 60 Minutes trumped up a case against Audi years ago but I doubt that ruse
will work twice. Technology will triumph over chicanery. All they have to do
is read out data recorded in the on-board computer and show the throttle was
open and the brakes not touched . . . game over!
The tort shysters better stick with cigarettes and asbestos.
