Lexus: Security Question

I have a '93 SC400. When I bought it the ignition was replace so I have
a different ignition key from door key. I lost my door key and had to
jimmy the door to get in. Now the car will not start.

I thought the ignition key would reset the security system. If I find
the door key will the door key reset the security system?
