Lexus: RX400h delayed?

The latest word from Lexus is April or May of 2005.

I also heard from a dealership today that the reason for the delay was
due to Lexus needing to iron out some kinks with how the gasoline
engine kicks in as the engine switches from 100% battery to
battery+gas.
