Jeep: Repair Kit for Defogger

My rear defogger has seen better days and needs fixin'.
I was wandering if anybody used those repair kits. Or does somebody
know of a inexpensive way to repair those little lines on the glass some work most don't.

I have read a few posts from people who have used it and so far everyone
seems to be pretty happy with the results.
I understand that you have to be pretty meticulous about taping offf the
areas of the glass where you don't want the material though
