Toyota Trucks: Removing 4-Runner EFI System

Does anyone know how to remove all the EFI system on a 90 3VZ-E 4-Runner? I
didn't know if this was possible now days, with the electronic systems, and
the engine still run. I've just completed rebuilding this engine and was
getting ready to reinstall and thought i might make reconnections easier.
