Honda: remove door panel 94 accord lx

How can I remove the front passenger side door panel from a 94 accord lx?
How many screw do I have to remove and where are they exactly located? It's
not in the manual.

I want to remove it because the power lock in that door makes a lot of noise
when it closes (sometimes it doesn't close in 1 try) and also sometimesit
randomly makes that noise when I'am driving or within 30 seconds after
parking the car and locking the doors.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?

On of the other power locks does not work most of the time, but sometimes it
does. This does not really bother me, but what can be the problem with that?

Can these problems be fixed without spending much money on it, ater all,
it's a 94?
