Infiniti: Rear windows and door locks on a 94 Q45

I can not get my rear windows or door locks to work with or without the
remote. I don't know if it's a ground or what? Any suggestions?

I had to replace the control modules in both rear doors of my 94 q45 in the
last year. they quit working about six months apart. they may have a 10 year
lifespan ?
