Nissan Altima: Rear Stabilizer Bar - Altima 2001 GXE

Rear Stabilizer Bar - Altima 2001 GXE
I am planning to replace rubber bushing of the rear stabilizer bar. The
job seems simple. But I am just worried if I remove the nuts from the
bushing bracket it may move out of place and will be difficult to put it
back. Anybody done it before? Will appreciate if you can share the
procedure. I checked with Hanes service manual but nothing there.
Thanks.

TP,
Never done it on an Altima, but I can tell you its one of the easiest
repairs you could ever do on a car (rear swaybar bushings) if you have a
floorjack and jack stands.
Just do the bushings one side at a time. I suggest you get energy
suspension bushings to replace the stock one if you don't already have them.
They're about the same price and they'll tighten up the handling a bit
without affecting ride quality.

Thanks for the tip, Roy.
I wonder if I can do it with car rolled on to (rhino) ramp instead of
jacking up the car and rest on a jack stand.
Thanks again and regards, TP
