    Q45 Automatic Drive positoner

After a five year old battery finally died in my 1995 Q45, I replaced it
with a new Interstate battery, then reset the clock, seat memories, and the
radio. All of this works great again.

The problem now is the power seats don't do the "exit assist" move after
the key is turned off and the door is opened. I checked the (ADP) cancel
switch on the steering column in both modes, so I'm at a loss.

    Any ideas would be great............Thanx..........CC

My 2004 M45 requires that the "exit assist" be enabled for this function to
be performed. Does your Q45 have such a thing? What does your owner's manual
    say about it?

And I never had a battery last that long in my previous Infiniti, or the
    Toyotas that preceded it.

    Bye.
