Power door locks suddenly do not work after unrelated repairs (Forester)

Help! The power door locks on my 1999 Forester suddenly stopped
working immediately after mechanic replaced flasher switch.....how
might this be related? No problems with door locks prior to the
flasher switch being replaced. Fuses check out fine. Coincidence or
    related to mechanic's work?

There are no coincidences. Take it back.

Likely an electrical connector not put back together while servicing the
    flasher switch.
