Porsche: Porsche OBD Monitor readiness

Hope someone has an answer to this.

Took my car in for a emissions inspection and was told that the OBD II
monitor was not ready to do my emissions inspection. The inspector said
I need to drive my car more before the OBD will allow the emissions to
be inspected. I had work done to my car 2 months ago and apparently the
system was reset at that time. I've already driven over 2ooo miles in
the 2-3 months since. Does anyone know or have any idea how many miles I
need to drive before the OBD monitor will be ready. The inspectors had
no idea, just that I should drive it around and then come back for the
inspection. Any help wouold be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
