There is no specific fuse for the fuel pump. The pump is controlled by the
MPI relay (probably center dash behind the radio) The MPI relay is
controlled by the ECU.
If the fuse that runs the ECU (and lots of other stuff), all that other
stuff won't run either. Do all the gauge pod lights come on when you turn on
the ignition? Does the Check Engine light come on and then go off? If no
gauge light lights (and nothing else had stopped working) your ECU is
probably fried.
If your fuel pump is not working (or not delivering gas) , its either
a) the MPI relay has given up; or
b) the ECU has given up trying to control it; or
c) the fuel pump has stopped working (in the tank); or
d) the fuel filter (black or green tank on the firewall) may be blocked.
There's a floating connector in the engine bay on the firewall somewhere
(black as I recall, but may be brown) thats a test point for the fuel pump
power. You can also try applying 12v on this point to check if the fuel pump
is working. You should at least be able to hear the pump make some whirring
noise when power is applied.

The MPI Relay is a can about 5x4x3 cm, with a 2x4 or 2x5 connector on it.
Its PROBABLY in the dash behind the radio: this is the common location in
many Mitsubishi's. If you turn on the ign, you should be able to feel the
really click, if not also hear it.
If you are near Gatineau Quebec, Provincial Spares probably have some
spares. May well be the same part found in the 93-93 Colt/Summit.
