Toyota: Plasti-Kote bumper paint?

I have acquired an 87 AE86 Corolla GTS from son going back to school--in it are
cans of adhesion promoter, primer, and color coat for flexible bumpers from
Plasti-Kote.

Any thoughts on using this stuff? Any experiences, good or bad? (These
bumpers couldn't be much worse!)
