I am cross licensed as a commercial real estate broker and as a real estate
lawyer. While I was once licensed and acted as a stockbroker, that was over
three decades ago. If you are looking for P/E ratios, or the like, a
stockbroker who specializes in REITs is the correct person. If you are
analyzing holdings within a REIT, or the make up or management structure, I
