    pathfinder auto-manual conversion

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a 1999 Pathfinder from a 4
speed auto to a 5 speed manual?

I live in Australia and was wondering if anyone here had done this. If so
    what box was used?

    Thanks

    TC

Sure you -can- but it won't be easy or cheap.

You'll likely need the computer out of a manual PF or Hardbody P/U
besides the tranny because I believe they are different for the
automatic. It would be less parts though because the automatic has an
additional unit behind the computer to control the tranny. If you can
find a 5 speed with computer you should be able to use a tranny from
at least 95 on up including Hardbodies.
