Porsche: New sound system + a question for 996 cab owners

Not sure if it deflates the value of the car,
but the 964 never sounded better. I can
put the top down and still hear the music
on the highway. The biggest down side,
so far is the loss of some storage space
to put the amp in. There wasn't much
there to begin with, bummer.

Well, I'm thinking about going to a 996
cab in 2 or 3 years. I understand they
have automatic roll bars that pop up in
an emergency. Anyone ever been involved
in a situation where it fired?
