    Mystic Blue

Has the new 3-series color Mystic Blue been well-received? I was going to
get it based on the color squares in the brochure, but I changed my mind
after seeing an actual car with this color.

Maybe the car I saw was not clean. It was sitting on the dealer's lot. Is
this an accurate representation of Mystic Blue, or is this image
color-shifted? It looks a little different from what I saw.

That looks more like le mans blue to me. Here's my car:

Almost identical shot, but different lighting. The metallic paint
generally changes in light, so its difficult to tell.

That's an amazing looking M3 you have there, if only they were a little
cheaper and insurance was a little more reasonable...lol

    Oh Well.

It looks better than I remember. Do you have any regrets getting a black
interior with that color? People seem to recommend gray with that color. I'm
    not sure what I prefer.

I like black interiors. There is a mystic cab with gray at my dealer -- I
    don't like it as much.

Move out here, the third party liability in$urance works on a fixed
rate system regardless of the make/model of car you drive, therefore
an M3, 750iL, 316 or even a Metro or Chevette will attract the same
premium. Standard third party liability and theft is around 700-800
quid though, so the grass isn't necessarily greener. But thanks to
our comparatively generous in$urance system, some lucky teenage kids
get to drive nice Bimmers around... (yes, including M3s and M5s!)
