Corvette: My 2004 C5 Vette

I just got my first C5 Vette. It is a great driving car and certainly
has great power. I do notice that when taking off in first gear (six
speed manual) there is a rattle from underneath. This is at all
temperatures. I took it to Chevy and the mechanic said that was
normal. I have not seen anything on this posted anywhere. Do others
notice this rattle?

have heard people talk about a rattle the 6-speed but I have never heard
anything like that from mine.

Take it to another Chevy dealer and let them listen to it
