Saab: More c900 cruise control woes

I seem to have an interesting problem with my C900 - the vacuum pump
may have sprung a leak. The hoses all seem fine - the accelerator
shifts when I apply a vacuum - but when I run the vacuum pump itself,
there's the usual pump sound, a gentle hissing, and nothing moves.
It's not referred to as a common problem, so I thought I'd ask if
anyone had seem anything similar. I also remember someone having cc
trouble recently, and a failed vacuum pump doesn't seem to be on the
usual web checklists.
