Mercedes-Benz: ML320 daylight runing lights

Anyone know how to get daylight running lights operational on a
British spec ML320? It seems as if all that is required is couple of
relays as used in the Norwegian spec versons. Thanks

Probably need to change the variant coding too, but you will need your
dealer to do that.
