Mitsubishi: Mirage guage solutions

Mirage guage solutions
Does anyone have any information on a guage solution for a mirage? I need
something that will look good, like it belongs. I have some old talon stuff
that i took off of my wrecked eagle talon but the a pillar assembly does not
match up and the guage cluster ring won't fit as well. Any web site or
suggestions would be appreciated...

Is possible to remanufacture a 1G Talon gauge cluster to fit a 4G Mirage /
Colt / Summit. It would be possible to do a similar job to a 5G Mirage as
well. Wiring harness mods/additions are required, but it does look like its
meant to be there. Just about anything can be done if you are handy enough,
or are prepared to pay someone to do it.
See www.vysor.com/lancerproject for some pictures.

Just what "type" of solution do you need? What year Mirage do you have?

Re: Mirage guage solutions
I have a 94 mirage with a 1.5l motor. Some of the things I have available
are from my old 96 totalled talon, Autometer guages etc. I am looking for an
a-pillar type seutp or something that can fit below the stereo, in the
single din space. The guages I am looking for are oil temp and pressure then
maybe voltage or water temp...

Re: Mirage guage solutions
Stew, I have seen your site and the guage stuff you have would be awesome.
However, for this application (basically a commuter car) I would not want to
replace the dash cluster. Although it would be nice to have a tach. I only
need oil pressure, oil temp and maybe water temp., the stock water temp does
not seem accurate. What I was looking for was ideas on where to place the
guages.
