Chevrolet: Malibu Emissions question

I have a 98 Malibu V6 bought in WA state. I'm moving to Calif soon. I
need to find out if it's possible to have the car's emissions brought
into compliance with CAlif standards so it will pass smog and be
registerable in Calif.

Could anyone please give me a lead or two where I could get this work
done?
