Chevrolet: Malibu 02 suspension rattles - control arm bushings ?

when I drive over a bumpy road surface, I can hear rattles and clunks
from the front end of my Malibu LS 02, and after a quick inspection I
believe the control arm vertical bushings needs to be replaced.

The control arm don’t seem too hard to remove, but I don’t know if the
vertical bushing will be hard to replace, i.e press-fitting the new
ones in place ?

Has anyone ever had any experience with this?
I do most of my mechanics and rarely have to take it to a repair
shop.....
Any tips or tricks that would help me doing the job?
