Magellan GPS: Magellan Roadmate 300 help needed badly

you. I am leaving Mon AM early and will not be here for awhile. So if
you get me the address today Sunday I will try to get them in the mail
Monday.

well how big are the files na_bsmap.mgi and na_bsmap.nlt? those are the
two files I need the most..

Called tech support line. spoke to someone with a indian accent. got
told to call a different # cause I need to purchase a roadmate manager
software cd.

called that line. many times, "cannot complete your call at the moment,
call back later."

last call. got through. spent 30 mins on hold.. never got to a live
person.

I hate magellan..

I need to get this working. But I will NEVER buy another magellan item
again.. Never.

Once I get it working. and I can afford to get something better.
(garmin) I will sell it.


please help out there.. I really need the basemap files at the very
least. I am begging here..
