Navigation & GPS Systems: logtitude & latitude

hi,

i'm searching for a pc program where i can enter longtitude and latitude
coordinates to get a location on a map.

i would like to use this for my gps tracking device on my verhicle, when
this is moved without authorisation i get a notification on my cellphone
with coordinates, so i need a program on my pc to get a map.
i also use a pocket pc, but i have no problems with that (tomtom navigator)

microsoft autoroute shows log& lat as you move the cursor around
you need to turn the position sensor on in the tools menu

thought this might help as most people seem to have it
