Leather refurb.
I got a quote of $260 to completely restore the seat of my 733i. The seats
are faded and cracked but no tears or rips. He said that the seats can be
restored to new condition; look like new and last as long as new. He did not
have any samples of what he could do and no private clients as references.
He did give contacts at the local BMW and Audi dealership that he said he
has worked for. I will check these out on Monday.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Is the price reasonable(he is the
only one in the Yellow Pages)? Can I do this myself? Or what? Larry

The kit is about $140 compared to the job being done for $260. I think I
