Toyota: Intermittent wiper function

My 2000 Avalon wipers don't want to "park" anymore. They stop where
every they are when the switch is turned off. Is this the switch or
the wiper motor?

Unfortunately the switching and gearing is internal. You will
need to replace the motor.
