Porsche: Interior Light Delay

I've seen an Interior Light Delay for the 911 advertised on the web and
would like to know if this is a Porsche genuine part or is it made by
an accessory company and if so who. Any other information would also be
appreciated e.g. ability of being fitted to other makes?
