Infiniti: infiniti qx4 abs system

hi,

i have a 97 infiniti qx4 and when i am driving it after a while the abs
light pops up and when i slam on the brakes for a emergency stop the abs
light pops up. and also this vehicle does not have enough brakes. the
pedal goes all the way down when i press it. i bleeded all the air out of
the brake system and nothing worked. well it did work for a couple of days
and then after that it went all the way down.

i have a 97 galant and when i bought that car the transmission does not
work right. so i replaced a transmission. and still it is having the same
problem and the engine check light is coming up. and u have to step on the
gas pedal really deep for the car to move. and i think it is a electrical
problem or any other problem and it should not be anything with the
transmission and nothing inside it. any comments. need help.
