    I can't remove my Forester's window stickers !

This may sound like a very stupid question but how
can I remove the two small stickers on my Forester's
    left rear window ?

These are the stickers which tell you about the car's
emission level as compared with an average new vehicle
and the ability of the bumpers to withstand low-speed
    collisions.

I've tried using my finger nails, a razor blade and
paint thinner but have only managed to removed just
a little bit of the edges so far. I didn't wnat to
push too hard with the razor blade because I didn't
want to scratch the glass window.

I've thought about using a heat gun but don't know if
this can damage the glass or other parts nearby.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Go harder with the razor blade.... or get the dealer to take them off at
the first service... I've NEVER had a car shipped with these stickers...

The dealer is supposed to remove them.

Be careful, the sides are tined? Usually it is inside the glass tinted, not
    add on.

I have them on my new Forester, also. I think it says on one or both that
they're to be removed only by the owner.

Rub eucalyptus oil on them - works every time.

Even regular vegetable oil might helpl...I have used vegetable oil to help
get labels off of jars, so it might work on your window sticker as well..

    Hi,
    Tried finger nail polisher remover(Acetone)?
    It should work.

I use a hair dryer and a razor blade on window stickers. For stickers on
the vehicles paint a hair dryer
and a fingernail work fine. You may want to pick up a razor blade scraper
    holder. This will give you
more leaverage and won't turn you fingertips white.

Warm them with a hair dryer, same as getting the stickers off a new
    motorcycle
