Mitsubishi: I cannot get my front bumper off my 99 Eclipse Spyder

I am trying to remove my front bumper to place a 3 piece grillcraft grill on
my 1999 Elipse GS-T. It appears that I must remove the headlight assembly
to get the cover off but I cannot get the headlight assembly to come out. I
removed the two outer most bolts and the upper bolts on the top brace. Has
anyone removed them and removed the bumper cover ? I could use the help.
