Hurricane Charley
Well gang it's 6:30 a.m here ( Pinellas County, Florida)
We are in evacuation zone B , zones A B and C have a mandatory evacuation
order.
Expected storm surge from this expected category 3 hurricane is 10-14 feet
in Tampa Bay and 6-8 along the coast, I live about a half mile from the bay.
The house is boarded up and the wife, dogs and myself are heading for higher
ground.
Y'all might not hear from me for a while but I will get back to the
newsgroup when things permit.
Take Care

Re: Hurricane Charley
Good luck! My wife's aunt and Uncle live near Clearwater, I guess they've
been told to "batten the hatches". And to keep on topic, keep those Nissans
parked in the garage!

Re: Hurricane Charley.
Thanks for all the thoughts gang.
The hurricane took a turn at about 2 p.m yesterday and spared the Tampa bay
area a serious blow, for some reason we just keep getting lucky like that.
We are back home with no damage.
Other counties in the interior of the state were not so lucky, my hopes are
prayers are with then all
