Lexus: highbeams dead, HELP!

Hi all,
My Hi beams died tonight. I have the HID package on my 02 IS300. The HID
xenons are working fine, but my daytime lights are suddenly dead. Those same
lights act as my hi-beams when my HID's are on. I checked all fuses and it
seems fine. Any suggestions guys? Thanks so much!

Also, you can check the resistor on the right (pass.) shock tower under
the hood. If this is OK and plugged, then it's electrical diagnosis time.
