Help! Infiniti g35 won't start
My G 35 was running fine until it sat for about two weeks. When i went to start the car,it turned over fine, but would not start.I had read where infiniti had a recall on a crank position sensor,i think that's what it was called, but i really don't believe that is the problem, but not sure.I wanted to ask if anyone had any ideas that maybe i could try.I would certainly appreciate your help.
Thanks

If it is a G35 it should still be under warranty. Call the dealer and have
them come tow it!

Re: Help! Infiniti g35 won't start
The crank position sensor will most definitely cause it to not start. It
will also make it stop running even if it is cranked and driving down the
road! I know this from personal experience with a Nissan Maxima. The crank
position sensor could be rusted or dirty or wet any number of things, in my
case it was broken and hanging by the wire due to a poorly installed exhaust
system. (they broke it but as I said it was hanging by a thread
.....literally and when it finally broke completely the car stopped as if I
had shut the key off!)
It's an easy fix but the part is expensive. I found a used one for
pennies......thank goodness.
good luck
