OK, I downloaded it... guess what?... it's the same race!...

just watch it (QuickTime player is much better than Media Player, you can
move precisely...) and you'll see that Rubens tried to block Kimi BEFORE
Ralf moved to the left...

and just before contact you can see both Kimi and Ralf were ahead of Rubens
and only Rubens could avoid the crash... but he decided not to... so I agree
with Ron Dennis, blame Rubens...

if they punish Ralf for blocking then why not Rubens?...

I'm having trouble deciding who's fault it is but can see your point
of view, Rubens certainly was not driving straight and he was already
a well beaten man. At the moment (after watching about 10 times) I
think they should all take a small piece of the blame, lets face it if
someone had been killed, the drivers would all have to be considering
their tactics into the first corner, have a look at the way Michael
makes it difficult for anyone behind also.
