GPSMAP 60Cs reset
I made an interesting discovery recently regarding the Garmin 60cs. I would
turn it on and the Acquiring Satellites would display but no satellites
would pop up no matter where I was situated. For some reason, I turned it
off and then turned it on, pressing the ENTER button just before any screens
pop up. I got a screen with lots of information about the unit, sort of a
diagnostic screen. Long story story, I turned it off and back on and
satellites are now being detected again.
Has anyone else noticed this? I couldn't find it in the FAQs.

The one thing I don't understand is why doing this allowed me to once again
detect satellites.
