    Glue on paint

I have a 2003 corolla. Yesterday I realized there were a few drops of
glue were on the paint of my car. When I touched it, it was still soft
and sticky. So I used the car cleaner to wash the area with a sponge.
After that, that area has a piece of film formatted on the paint and the
glue is not completely gone. Is there any way I can clean it without
damaging the paint and the clear coat?

    Sure wet sand it off.

Absolutely DO NOT WET SAND IT. Get polishing compound and rub it
off. It may come off easiest if you let it weather a few weeks first.

If you wet sand it you'll make the whole area dull. You could then polish
it back up, but if you inadvertently sand down to the primer or worse
down to the metal you'll likely never be able to get it back to as good
as it looks now, even with the glue on it.
