Faults ....
Battery went flat, called the AA who identified a fault with the alternator,
fixed by removing and replacing the brush assembly. Took it for a 2hr drive,
parked up disconnected battery but when reconnected 2 weeks later the
battery was dead again so I think it requires a new battery.
Cruse control has been removed at some point in its life.
ABS works but light has been disconnected at some point.
Drivers door lock knackered, At some point in its past this has been forced,
its easy to fix again but ideally requires replacing (Central locking works
ok from the passenger side).
Paint bubbling on front wing tops just before the front wheels (Identical on
both sides).
Some rust around the wheel arches.
Tickover speed is a little high (Usually sorts its self out after a good
run)
I have owned the car for the last 3 years and its been very reliable. I have
always changed the oil / filter when required & I guess that because the
engine is so good so have the other owners.
MOT is until November 24th, Tax only until the end of this month. It should
pass the MOT with out any problems (Other than the drivers door lock
problem)
It has to go this week, no offers refused or its off to the crusher. Can
email photos if required
